We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Front Desk Admin Generalist, you will use your skills and security knowledge to a variety of human resources administration functions, including: conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry.
Some responsibilities may include:
Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
Maintaining personnel files
Assists with new hire training and orientation
Participates in job fairs
Various HR/Administrative duties

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
Must have the legal right to work in the USA
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus!
Must have customer service experience
Front desk or Reception experience is preferred
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
